I thought I would bring some questions to the table and hopefully alleviate any concerns you may have about the camp.
When does it start?
The camp starts on a Monday and will run for 5 weeks. There are sessions in the morning and then there are evening sessions at 7am and 7pm.
How Much is it?
The camp is 107 EUROs for the 5 weeks and includes 15 training sessions, lifetime access to our membership site, grocery tour, T2H Nutrition Plan, Home Workout Plans, Shopping Lists, Food Plans, Nutrition Workshop. It is the closest thing we can offer to the complete package. Follow it, complete the sessions and watch the results.
Is there a discount if I miss a session?
No. We don’t discount what we believe is already an incredibly cost effective way of getting EVERYTHING you need to get optimal health. Last year alone we invested over 10,000 EUROS in continuing education. We give you the most cutting edge methods at a fraction of the price of hiring us as a personal trainer which could run into the thousands.
Can I Mix and Match?
We prefer it if you don’t but let us know and we will be sure to accommodate you.
What will I expect?
I know what you are thinking – I am not going to be fit enough for this! Well rest assured that wont be the case. The sessions are structured that all exercises can be regressed and progressed and you are encouraged to go at your own pace. There really is no drill sergeant aspect to this. We are firm but fair. This is a health camp NOT a Bootcamp! The training is actually carefully planned as you will see by the 5 week schedule that will be released online. Each week will build on the next with week 5 being pretty easy although by then you will actually be able to tolerate quite a bit of training as your fitness will be through the roof!
Where will it be held?
Sessions will be held in the Sphere Fitness Studio and will take place outside. We will be using surprise locations too to really enhance the health experience – after all getting outdoors is crucial to the process!!! These venues will be in Maynooth and Kilcock and you will be told in plenty of time where and when! We use the college grounds a good bit for a bit of sports and recreation!
What will we be doing?
Now that would be telling! You will be doing a mixture of training methods that have been tried and tested in losing body fat rapidly, testing your mental stamina and also relieving stress. That is all I am saying as the main emphasis will be enjoying the experience too!! You will also be given a lecture on the T2H Nutrition System. This will replace one of the training sessions. We will also be going shopping where we will be teaching you how to shop! The biggest effort will come from what you do OUTSIDE the sessions with what you eat and how you live for the 5 weeks.

What can I expect?
Massive results. Follow the plan and you will succeed. Frustration will happen if you only have one foot in the bath water though. I don’t mind you spending the first two weeks finding your feet by drinking more water, eating breakfast, dropping coffee or alcohol. But after this ‘laying of the foundations’ get into it! Jump with two feet into the bath! The T2H 14 Day Cleanse is ideal for this. It requires a bit of graft but the prize is a good jolt down the road to optimal health
What do I need to bring?
Bring with you loose wet gear, training gear and some water.
I can’t make some mornings?
That’s ok- what we will do is see of there is availability in the evening times and slot you in. Try and commit to three times per week for optimum results.
